Escovagem dos dentes<\/h4>\n

Escovar os dentes pelo menos 2 vezes por dias, ap\u00f3s as refei\u00e7\u00f5es e pelo menos durante 2 minutos. Usar uma escova de dentes manual ou el\u00e9ctrica com uma pasta de dentes <\/span>com fl\u00faor (para adultos m\u00ednimo 1450ppm de fl\u00faor).\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

De seguida ela procede ao polimento da superficie dent\u00e1ria com jacto bicarbonato para remover as manchas superficiais e com uma pasta de polimento, dificultando a acumula\u00e7\u00e3o de nova placa bacteriana.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n
